Her knack of understanding client and candidate needs helps her fill the gap between candidates and their employers through a myriad of training solutions they offer.

She is a Graduate in Science and a double MBA in Marketing and Systems. Besides this, she is a ICF Certified Life Coach, Certified Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance USA, RYT @200, trained under the guidance of Dr. Steven Landau who has changed lives of thousands of people worldwide. She is also a certified Public Speaker and Mindfulness Coach. 

Dr. Kislaya leads the overall strategy and service road-map for RightMinds. As an entrepreneur, based in the US, he has founded start-ups in the areas of medical device & diagnostics and management consulting. Passionate about technology innovation and entrepreneurship he has a unique set of skills in engineering, management and informatics. 

His career has also spanned working across large corporations, like Saint Gobain and Johnson & Johnson in sales and marketing roles. He has done his BTech from NIT, Jalandhar followed by MS from Purdue & MBA from Cornell University and Ph.D in Bioinformatics from Purdue University, IN, USA.

Dr. Prabha is the inspirational leader of RightMinds who has led multiple social projects teaching the science of Yoga and Meditation to the masses as the President of Progressive Women's Spiritual Association and running several big and small cooperative projects in India. She has Authored books that span across highlighting her spiritual journey and also on life skills leading to healthy ideal living.

She is a Philanthropist and Mentor to all our Life Skills programs besides being an eternal guide and motivator.
