We is seeking a talented React and AWS developer to join our growing team and build a dynamic e-commerce application for our contests and competitions platform.

About the role:

In this role, you will play a key part in developing a user-friendly and scalable e-commerce application using React and AWS. The application will allow users to:

* Create an account and login securely

* Browse and register for upcoming contests and competitions

* Manage their registrations and track their progress

* Utilize e-commerce functionality for any associated fees or purchases related to contests

Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and implement a robust e-commerce application using React.js

* Leverage AWS services like DynamoDB, S3, Cognito, and potentially others to manage data, user authentication, and hosting 

* Integrate secure payment gateways for any contest fees or transactions

* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

* Test and debug the application to ensure functionality and performance

Qualifications:

* Experience building web applications with React framework like Next.js

* Familiarity with AWS services like DynamoDB, SST, S3, and Cognito (a plus)

* Familiarity with payment gateway integrations. 

* Good communication and collaboration skills

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Business Development Representative

RightMinds, a leading skill enhancement company, is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach by securing partnerships with schools and enrolling parents in our engaging contests and competitions.

RightMinds empowers individuals to unlock their potential through a variety of creative and stimulating contests and competitions. We provide a platform for students to showcase their talents, gain recognition, and develop valuable skills. 

About the Role:

As a BDR, you will be responsible for driving significant growth in school and parent sign-ups for our contests and competitions. Your key responsibilities will include:

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential schools and parent groups in your assigned territory. Utilize various strategies like cold calling, email outreach, attending education fairs, and networking events to generate qualified leads.

Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and parent groups. Understand their needs and challenges, and effectively communicate how RightMinds contests and competitions can benefit their students and community.

Presentations & Proposals: Deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value proposition of RightMinds contests. Craft persuasive proposals that outline the benefits for schools and parents, addressing their specific needs. 

Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate contract terms and pricing with schools and parent groups to secure enrollments.  Develop strategies to overcome objections and close deals effectively.

Building Partnerships: Work collaboratively with internal teams (Marketing, Operations) to ensure a seamless experience for schools and parents throughout the enrollment process. 

Meeting & Exceeding Targets:  Set ambitious goals for school and parent sign-ups,  proactively track progress, and implement strategies to consistently achieve and surpass targets.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Business Development or a related field

* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences

* Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of RightMinds

* Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to exceeding targets 

* Proficiency with use of communication tools (e.g., email, phone)
